Bay St. Louis also has emergency warning sirens positioned around the City to notify residents of possible danger, such as a tornado or other major incident. We ask all residents to tune to local radio and televisions for more details when they hear the sirens activated.
Residents are also encouraged to sign up for the City's Emergency Alert Network, better known as Blackboard. With this system, City leaders can send personalized voice messages and / or text messages to residents and businesses with specific information about time sensitive or urgent matters.
