PATROL DIVISION
The Patrol Division is under the supervision of Capt. Wes Mayley. It is the duties of the Patrol Division to ensure that the citizens, all visitors, and properties are protected from criminal activities and offer any assistance needed.
Patrol Shifts are organized into four teams comprised of a Shift Supervisor and four police officers. Officers can be seen driving through every residential and business neighborhood of the City keeping an eye out for the unusual and a very careful eye on the children of the community.
Officers are on the job 24 hours a day / 365 days a year. These officers dedicate themselves to maintaining the peace in the community along with providing different services to the citizens.
Although officers are assigned to different divisions within the department every one of them are required to do the basic function of a police officer which is to serve the public in any capacity.

The Patrol Division is located at 698 Highway 90 and offers 24 hour service. The administrative office is manned Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. After 5:00 p.m. and on weekends, you can use the dispatch telephone located in the Police Department lobby to call information or call (228) 255-9191 for assistance.
