Efforts producing such huge results is truly an undertaking of a dedicated team of full time and part time City employees, as well as volunteers that want to make Bay St. Louis a showcase City for its residents and visitors alike.  You will see them preparing for festivals and special events throughout the year, decorating for holidays, and general traditional maintenance of the City's streetscape are just a few areas of their responsibility. 

 

As a member of Keep America Beautiful, your Beautification team has launched an aggressive agenda of public awareness, pride and involvement in the care of our City's environment.  Numerous projects, such as flower and tree planting around the City, environmental landscaping to help capture debris and improve the water quality of stormwater run off, a memorial garden designed for shade and enjoyment during warm weather months, and the City's Community Garden and Fruit Orchard are all part of the many and beautiful ways that Bay St. Louis is truly ~      "A Place Apart."
